A restricted no-fly zone has been established over the Port of Naantali area
Restricting the use of drones is an essential part of ensuring port security, operational reliability, and the smooth flow of traffic.
A restricted no-fly zone has been established over the Port of Naantali area by decision of Traficom: Naantalin Satama UAS, SFC – 150 m AGL.
The no-fly zone covers the entire port area and applies to all unmanned aerial vehicles.
Restricting the use of drones is an essential part of ensuring port safety, operational reliability, and the smooth flow of traffic.
The port operates heavy machinery and has a high volume of traffic, meaning that uncontrolled drone flights could pose safety risks and disrupt operations.
Any exceptions for special purposes (such as official authority use or separately agreed filming) are always subject to prior case-by-case agreement with the port. The application form can be found on our website.
Thank you for observing the flight prohibition.
